What
is "Bodysculpting"?
Bodysculpting
is a form of art and a lifestyle. It is the “art”
of bodybuilding or body-shaping. Just as a true artist distinguishes
himself (male or female) from just someone who can draw
pictures or images, so does a “Bodysculptor” distinguish
himself from a Bodybuilder. A Bodysculptor is an artist
of his life. Unlike bodybuilding, bodysculpting is based
on the concept of sculpting a healthier, happier, and more
energetic you; not just your body. Bodysculpting focuses
on the mind, body, and soul.
Consider the body you were born with as a block of clay.
As a bodysculptor (an artist),
your objective is to “sculpt your masterpiece” from the
crude block of clay. A true master-craftsman do not concern
himself with the size of his art work, rather his focus
is to create a quality masterpiece that transcends the test
of time. Bodysculptors come in different shapes and forms,
therefore, what is important is not the size of the various
shapes and forms, however it is the quality. In bodysculpting,
quality is defined in terms of quality of the mind, body,
and soul; and therefore, quality of life. Regardless of
the size of the masterpiece you sculpt, if it makes you
healthier, happier, more energetic, and more productive,
then your objective as a bodysculptor is fulfilled.
The word “body” in bodysculpting
is important because, bodysculpting is built on the idea
that it is your “body” that carries “You”
around everyday; it is your body that solidifies your existence;
it is that which people see when they see “You”; it is therefore
the vehicle of your soul. While your body should not define
who “you” are, it is important to understand that without
it you will be invisible, and visible only to your creator.
And no, loving your body does not make you a narcissist.
It just means that you love your soul enough to give it
your utmost attention by providing it a perfectly sculpted
masterpiece to reside in. Once again, think about where
“you” will be without your body. Unless I am mistaken, I
think that is the definition of “death.” Bodysculptors love
their mind, body, and soul; and that is the definition of
“living.”
What is the purpose of a good looking "body" when
it is not healthy? As you probably know, many "bodybuilders"
resort to using anabolic steroids and many other harmful
performance enhancing drugs and supplements to create their
desired "body" without thinking about the short
and long term effects of using such drugs. A true Bodysculptor
on the other hand will never use anything that is potentially
harmful to him. A Bodysculptor eats the right foods, exercises
correctly, and uses the right nutritional supplements to
sculpt his masterpiece. Yes, Masterpiece! Because I believe
there is no greater masterpiece than your own body. Because
when your body is no more, "YOU" cease to exist,
at least on this beautiful planet. All the good things that
your soul wants to do can never be done without your body.
Ironically, people will rather put “premium”
gasoline in their cars than put “premium” nutrients in their
bodies. Bodysculpting is a concept that seeks to correct
this irony. A bodysculptor uses “premium” supplements (tools,)
supplements that are not just effective, but also safe to
use. Just as “premium” gasoline is claimed to clean your
car’s engine, while “regular” gasoline has the potential
of damaging the engine because of the presence of impurities,
so does “premium” supplements by KOFLEX
SPORTS NUTRITION keep your masterpiece clean
and healthy, while many of the “regular” supplements on
the market has the potential to destroy your masterpiece.
So when you see a Bodysculptor, you can be sure that he
does not just look great on the outside, but every single
cell is his body is in "top shape". (All things
being equal).
